Driver Requirements
All renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license held for a minimum of two years. International customers are required to present a valid passport alongside an international driving permit.
Insurance & Coverage
Standard rates include comprehensive Third-Party Liability and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). For added confidence, we offer premium Protection Plus packages that reduce excess fees to zero for most vehicle categories.
Pick-up & Drop-off
Vehicles can be collected from our airport hubs or city center terminals. Returns are facilitated 24/7 via secure drop-boxes. A 29-minute grace period is provided for all returns before standard hourly rates apply.
Fuel & Maintenance
We operate a 'Full-to-Full' fuel policy to ensure transparency. Every vehicle undergoes a rigorous 50-point safety inspection before rental. Roadside assistance is included for mechanical issues at no extra cost.
